PROBLEM WITH AN ORDER :
At TheBreadBasket.in we make every attempt to make sure you get excellent service.If at any time,you encounter problems with an order.Please inform us and let us know in case if you see that the product received not as depicted on the website as per your expectation.You bring it to our customer service's notice with in 24 hours of getting the product.
REFUND POLICY :
If for some unexpected reasons,your product appears damaged in any way,please contact our customer service at info@TheBreadBasket.in immediately.Please do include all important details on your order together with a photograph,order number & contact details.Requests regarding refunds should be made in 1 day of delivery of shipment date.
No returns are allowed.However,in case if a wrong or a defective product has been sent,do let us know at the earliest.You can write to us at support@TheBreadBasket.in or call us at +91 9848947000.
Refund shall be made under certain conditions :
1.Order was cancelled .
2.Order was not delivered to the recipient (This does not include the case for unfounded recipient).
3.If there is any complain regarding the quality of the product being delivered,we will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true,the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
4.A refund can only be requested in case of service failure,our team will evaluate if an order qualifies for a refund and the decision of our management will be final.The refund amount is no circumstances can exceed the amount paid by the customer,we are not liable for any loss or claim beyond the amount actually paid by the customer.
5.In case of Cancellation,20% will be applicable in regular days or 30% on occasional days like Diwali,Mother's Day,Rakhi,Father's Day,Valentines Day etc..
6.Any discounted or exempted amount can not be claimed for refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY :
TheBreadBasket.in believes in lending a hand to its customers as far as possible,& for that reason has a liberal cancellation policy.
UNDER THIS POLICY AND GUIDELINES :
1. Cancellations will be taken into account or considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, TheBreadBasket.in is unable to cancel if the orders have been communicated to the merchants/vendors and they have set off the process of shipping them.
2. There is no cancellation of requests and orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
3.No cancellations are considered for those products that the TheBreadBasket.in marketing team has to get on special events like Valentine's day, Diwali, Christmas, Pongal etc. These are limited time offers and for that reason, cancellations are not possible.
4. We do not accept cancellation orders or requests for perishable items like eatables, flowers etc. However, replacement or refund can be made if the purchaser find that the quality of products shipped is not good.
